Week1

I finished my Foundation in Walsall college July 08. My year of foundation was really good, We did a few exhibitions, and went to a few cool places. My Final Major Project was titled 'Wood', I spent allot of time drawing little sheds and making objects, my work was noticed by Walsall Gallery when we organized a Artists book-fair, I was asked to produce a wood cut for the Hans Burgkmair exhibition, and also asked if I would like to display my drawings of little sheds and buildings made of wood,  I've been a graffiti writer for the past 10 years, so doing something like this was completely different to what I was used to. 

As a graffiti writer I have been running a magazine covering UK graffiti and some European graff, Issue 2 was released in August, and seems to be doing ok, I put the magazine together with a friend, I do layouts, designing pages, and artwork, and he does the selling and distribution of the mag,  and he sometimes does the European Bombing page. This isn't a small thing, Its a massive project taking months to complete, and as its mainly me doing the work, 64 pages and full colour. Anyway, before I start babbling on even more ill cut this short. heres some of my work from this year.
